Hi Samantha, Thanks for the recent ‘wine news in 5’ article. Thought I’d suggest adding the Altos de Pinto Bandeira association ( https://www.altosdepintobandeira.com.br/i ) to new world sparkling regions pushing quality, restricting yields, stipulating elevage requirements too. My understanding is that the producers association there greased the wheels 10 years prior to the region receiving its official DO status. Thanks again for your work! Seamus
