Love Hungary’s wines and own dry Furmint. But, if the goal is to make the wines more appoachable, his point that we need to call it ‘Foor-mint’, not ‘Fur-mint’ isn’t helpful. All Anglo speakers will call it Fur-mint … easy to say and pretty close. Just go with it if you want to grow the market…
