I have now uploaded my tasting notes on the rich array of special wines served at the dinner before the Vega Sicilia tasting and have asked Andrew to publish them (as standalones) asap. If you search for Bollinger RD 2007 tasted on 5 September, that’s the first one.
And they are now published. As standalones.
If you search by the date 2022-09-05 you would get all the wines at once.
I plan to open some 2004 Unico tomorrow. How long a decant (if any?) would you recommend please?
It looks from our five tasting notes as though you are in for a treat. And this seems to be one of the more open Unicos now so I’d have thought only an hour or two in advance. Perhaps taste it when you decant to decide whether to stopper the decanter or not.
